Im not circumcised....yes i said that I AM NOT CIRCUMCISED.I am damn proud of my family for not taking away what belongs to me.

When I was younger I use to frown on the idea of letting schoolmates know that I wasn't circumcised, because I knew that they would start the jokes and act the fool about it.

Now that Im grown I have no problem with speaking about it at all, I just cant believe that people are still against currently when even doctors say that its a bad idea.I know that "most females" live in fear of how it looks and smells, because they are so use to seeing a penis that has been circumcised.

What do you guys think about Circumcision's?

my take on all this:

i dont really care if a guy is circumcised or not. i've been exposed to both, and it's really not all that different. i actually know some people who have been with a guy who was uncircumcised, and they didnt even realize it. so i wouldnt worry too much, it's not a big thing

and as far as the whole cleanliness thing... from what i can tell, that was really only an issue back in the day when people couldnt clean themselves properly. it's not a huge deal if someone just showers and cleans up. so it really shouldnt affect anything

if this is the only thing that a guy has to worry about, i'd say he's in pretty good shape

Circumcision = bad. It's genital mutilation just like that procedure they do to African girls.

I think the parents should use their judgement and beliefs to make the decision. And like you said, just be proud of what you got! :) (And I know you are)

NO! The individual should make the decision. Would you want your parents deciding for you that you need a nose job or breast implants or liposuction?

AJ- Good point, I see what you're saying, but obviously the best time to have it done is as an infant. (Because of pain and the fact that you won't remember). I think even if the individual did decide they wanted to be circumsized, they would less likely go through with it if they were grown. Also, I would guess there would be more males upset with their parents for NOT having it done, than those who would be upset becuase they WERE circumsized. Just a thought.

I ain't cut, and I've had no complaints. I have no problem with parents deciding to do it. Too much decision making power is pulled away from parents these days. I had a buddy get it done a couple years ago. He was in agony for two weeks, couldn't sleep, couldn't walk, nothing. No erections either or he would rip the stitches. He had to have an ice pack and a hand warmer with him constantly to keep it under control

hey. . . thank god my parents had it done when i was a new born, because if it were to be done now. . . OUCH!!! This thread does hurt. . . the pain. THE PAIN!!!!

It shouldn't make a difference but as for my own personal preference, I prefer circumsized. It looks better and you don't have the extra skin to work with. As if it ain't enough work for women to give oral, to have to worry about not pulling the extra skin the wrong way is just too much. Although it is easier to clean a circumsized penis, if the man is funky, it doesn't matter whether it is circumsized or not.
