CRAIG - I only have the 1998 NY Penal Code at home, so I can't tell you the age of consent in NJ or CT.

In NY, the age of consent is 17.

Rape in the 3rd degree involves (consensual) sex with a person under the age of 17, by a person over the age of 21.

Rape in the 2nd degree inovlves (consensual) sex with a person under the age 14 by a person over the age of 18.

Rape in the first degree involves sex with any person by force or with a person under age 11 (even with consent).

ahh...this reminds me of one of the few times my instant feedback was read. 17 is legal in NY...bang away.
I was really proud of that one cuz they both laughed...and fez said "bang away..ha!" lol. Naturally, I only speak for NY, but I'm pretty sure its the same in nj and ct...Horde King?

It is definately 16 in Connecticut. One of the few good things about this lousy state.

I believe in Jersey the age of consent is also 16. With the same 21 year old limit.
