do you often find yourself having higher expectations of those you're interested in or with? I find myself stupidly doing that a lot ((especially lately))

how do you deal with if they meet or dont meet said expectations? Should something be said, or is my frustration and cursing enough? :P

Aim lower. Or abduct them and chain them to the radiator. That's pretty much my solution to everything.

it's impossible not to have high expectations for people that you are interested in. no matter how many times i've tried to lower my expectations of people, or try to prepare myself for the eventual let down, it never works. the best you can do is try to be realistic about the fact that people are never going to be able to be what you want them to be, no matter how much you think you're not asking for much, or how much you want them to

Yeah, and that radiator left an everlasting burn scar on my left ass cheek....thanks alot man :P

I do that, I always have high expectations and create these ideal scenarios, I'm like Tom Cruise in Vanilla Sky..............well without the looks and the money.

Everyone expects high, but really fall in love with people for the simplest reasons and not cause of high expectations...

High expectations arent wrong, they are human. But even we realize that expectations are wrong, and people are who they are and that is what makes them beautiful...
