Freeservers.com Web Hosting

Ive been seeing stuff on the board about freeservers.com latley but hav'nt got the chance to read it (site problems). I use freeservers and want to know if you can webhost on it? because im sick of asking someone everytime i want to put up a sig pic possibility. If you can host can somebody tell me how? If you can't can somebody tell me whats a good site that you can? Because right now freeservers.com is working out nice for me.

Is freeservers still free? I heard, on this board no less, that many free hosting sites were going pay.
