Im 13 and sleep about 7 hours a week. So far I havn't noticed a change in my health and I've been doing it since June. When will it kick in? What will happen? Does being 13 add or decrease any chances of a different outcome?

COZMOKRAMER - You're sleeping 7 hours a WEEK at 13? That's awful.
Adolecense and teen years are when your body really needs the most sleep. Not to unduly scare you but it can severely fuck up your physical, intellectual and psychological development if you don't get enough sleep.
Why are you sleeping so poorly? Have you told your doctor about it? Are there medications you're taking of food you're eating that keep you up? Are you depressed?
It's extremely unhealthy, even dangeroius to get such little sleep especially at your age. See your doctor.
(BTW, old age is when you need the least amount of sleep).
