Anyone have any suggestions as to where he should go or what stops he should make on his 3 hour tour of New York?

Any and every gay and transexual strip club you can find. Make him swim in a public pool. See if you can get a gathering of the spanking club of NY together. The skankiest peep show you can find. That restaurant with all the fat chicks. Make him stand outside the Mayor's place and sing "What's Love Got To Do With It" over a bullhorn. Make him hug every street vendor he passes, regardless if they want to or not.

Finally, if he sees a bunch of kids playing around an open fire hydrant, he has to take off his shirt and scamper about with them.
