Who are the Couch Potatoes on WNEW Saturday nights?

I turned on tonight to see if a Ron and Fez Best-of was airing but I get this guy and girl and I have not gotten their names. Ok, just got the names but why are the Couch Potatoes on and not the Saturday Night Best-of?
