Dear HordeKing,
Lately I haven't been feeling so well because of some circumstances. I keep having these little panic attacks and my stomach is really upset. This morning I really cried my eyes out and it actually made me feel physically better for a little while. I wasn't feeling sick anymore. I'm going to see my docter on Wednesday for my stomach problems, but do you think I should look for psychologist instead?

That's weird. From the age of 2 until the age of about 6,7, I was terrified of throwing up. So everytime I felt sick, I would start crying, and it always felt better. What's the deal with THAT?

DROOPYGIRL - I'm sorry you're not feeling well.
My orientation is that everyone would benefit from therapy. However, it's always a good idea to get all physical and often psychological symptoms checked by an MD to rule out organic basis. Phsycial problems can cause psychological symptoms.
Having said that "panic attacks" can cause abdominal distress such as diarreah and pain.
Crying releases toxins from your body and causes the production of endorphins. This makes people feel better after a good cry.
See your MD to check for physical causes for your symptoms. Tell her everything that's bothering you. If she cannot help you or if you continue to experience panic symptoms see a mental health practicioner.
