Ok, I will see where this one goes.
Just watching Channel 9 after the tragic news about Jam Master Jay getting shot and these news leeches are interviewing friends already?!? Have they no compassion?
This just pissed me off because everytime there is a murder or something bad happening these scumbags interview family and are all in there with the cameras invading families and friends privacy. I understand there is a Freedom of Press but where does the line get drawn. These are human beings! People for goodness sake. I mean how enjoyable is it to see people suffering on TV and to think it is all for the ratings, for the dollar. It is such a sick media blitzed world and will it ever stop. I am at a bit of a loss for words here becasue the JMJ news is sinking in but I had to go with it here while the topic was fresh on my mind.

Man, this has me really depressed. I loved Run-DMC so much when I was a kid, and they got me into hip-hop even before the Beastie Boys. I rocked a black Adidas track jacket when I was 8 just because of them. Shouldn't MTV be all over this? No, of course not, because he hasn't fucked J-Lo and he's not bling-bling.

Goddammit.

The reporters involved always ask lame ass questions as well. ie: "were you mad when you heard?" or "are there plans for a funeral yet?" I agree, if theyre doing it for me they can stop.

i agree with you on this. while i was watching the news today they were showing them DRAGGING the bodybag out of the studio. i made me sick, i really wanted to vomit. RunDMC had a big role in shaping my taste in music. the first rap tape i ever heard was them. i am deeply saddened at the new i really appreciate what RnF did yesterday.
