It's great to see Earl finally get some airtime playing music. Too bad it's under tragic circumstances.
I guess Jam Master Jay's death effects Earl the same way I felt when Joey Ramone died. Pioneers.
Good job Earl.

I think he's gonna slip some Living Colour in at the end of the show.

This is so upsetting,
confusing, and
heartbreaking. All I can say
is: Earl, you rule for doing
this. Thanks. And thank
you Ron & Fez for hanging
out too.

Wait, Jam Master Jay AND Barry White die on the same day? Man, what an awful day for music.

Too bad we didnt get that here in D.C. At 11pm, we get a D&M replay, which is cool, but still a replay.
Finally , The Great ones have come back to Washington D.C.!
Ron & Fez , you guys rule!

really UNcool.

Nevermind, Hawk. It was false info mistakenly broadcast on one of my local rock stations yesterday afternoon...apparently Barry White IS in critical condition with possible kidney failure, but he hasn't died yet.

I listened to some of the tribute last night, and it was pretty cool of Ron, Fez and Earl to pay tribue to Jay. I REALLY don't think they were expected to do that, but they did it anyway. In fact, delaying that critical replay of Love LInes (sarcasm) might have actually been a bad thing to do, but who gives a fuck. THey didn't. I think WNEW was happy that the entire metro area didn't tune out at 11 for once.
But anyway, very classy guys. And I also mourn the death of a tallented man who's music even touched me.
