Excellent suggestion Rich. I remember in the early days of this board Heckler would always plug it whenever he called in. It's what led me to check it out and eventually join.

If we can get some listeners to check out our site that don't usually come here maybe we can stir up some more letters.

i always liked take it easy clarkyI have different times when I use Take it Easy Clarky, and SEEYUH!. I use Take it Easy Clarky after a serious conversation. If my friend is walking away after a conversation, i'll yell SEEYUH!

The 877 "area code" is like an 800 number and is subject to the same provisions that 800 #'s are. When a company or person purchases the service for an 800 number, they can specify the calling area that the number is valid in. Most likely, the area for the NYC number doesn't extend to Pennsylvania. It likely only includes the "tri-state area" where the signal is assumed to reach.

that's wierd about the 877 number cause i've called from south jersey..where we only get phily stations in without a question and it always works..

hmm..but i guess the range set could be anything

i have nothing witty to add.
