Is it normal not to masturbate? Personally, it's just something I don't do.

If you're "getting it" regularly from a partner, then I guess I could see you not masturbating.

If you're not and you find you don't have a sex drive, there might be a problem.

If you do have sexual desires and aren't fulfilling them, it's extremely unhealthy to not "release" the pent up energy, and some doctors think it could lead to prostate cancer.

There is an old saying.

"There are two kinds of people. Those who masturbate and those who lie about it."

Masturbation is normal and healthy and it's highly unlikely and unusual that a person not engage in it. Most likely, if you're not conciously masturbating, you're at least masturbaing in your sleep.

A person in good health who does not masturbate, is not in a sexual relationship and/or isn't interested in masturbation and/or sex is likely to have a problem such as Hypoactive sexual desire disorder. Mood disorders are often comorbid with this.

BTW, most people in active sexual relationships reduce the frequency of masturbation but do not eliminate it.

That brings a whole new light to, "Try counting sheep."
