heckler is probably the nicest sweetest person that you have ever met but that does not mean that he is good on the air, no matter how many times his friends say it, and the suck-up board members post it.
he is not suited for the air with his stammering, blow-hard opinions and the plain fact that he brings nothing to the show.

gvac on the other hand had a radio voice, could complete a sentence, and seemed calm on the air.

i think he is right....
sorry, but heckler really does not bring much to the show. he seems like a nice enough guy...but i always find my mind wondering with him on the microphone. this is most likely a hugely unpopular view but ron & fez is a comedy show. while heckler's thoughts may be, at times, insightful, they are not necessarily funny. just my two cents.

Its true, heck doesn't sound completely comfortable behind the mike yet. but you also have to remember that anyone would sound bad compared to ron and fez,. those two are old veterans. He certainly sounds as comfortable as the interns, and that's with less time in the studio. He needs work, but he has a lot of potential.

i called in on Thu night and it turned out alright...got to say hello to Gvac and I was sorry i didn't say hi to Heckler...I recorded it the next day and played it back to my wife and daughters, they got a big kick out of it...

I have no objection to people having their own opinions and expressing them, but like others have said, you don't have to do it in such a rude and unintelligent way. If you're gonna dish it out you have to take it.

You had to have known that almost all the members here were going to disagree with you, yet all you can do is attack them because they don't. I think that for a guy who doesn't do radio for a living, Heckler has a great radio presence. He just doesn't have any material. He comes on the air saying whatever's on his mind, and sometimes it's gibberish.

Let's see anyone on this board actually turn off their computer and go out in public, much less gon on the radio and make up stuff off-the-cuff.

And I'd like to call Philby a hypocrite because he's sucking on GVAC's dick.
