You hear him giggle in between breaths of words spoken.
You hear him stutter when Ron makes him own up to what's evidently something wrong or negative.
You hear him nag about the other guys and their defects or faults.
All the while, he remains the topic of an everyday discussion on the show.

What is it about him that makes Ron and Fez bring him up all the time?

Is failure that funny?.. well yeah it is, but is it really?

ANYONE who sexually assaults another peson should be jailed. (In an ideal world he'd be summarily executed).

However, consider that what you hear on the air may be somewhat exaggerated for effect, or made up entirely. We don't know what actually happened.

Before this degenerates into a round of Billy Bashing, I think it behhoves us to think about this.

I agree that he MAY have been exaggarating the FIRST time he brought it up but you have to admit the further he got into that story the more it sounded like he was lying.

Everytime he had a defense and Ron and Fez called him on it (ie what was said on the tape, that he was on the wrong medication, that he was "diddling himself") minutes later he would change what he said. Its gone beyond him just being annoying on air, it's kind of getting like this is a sick person who needs help.

On top of that by the end of the show he was joking around about raping Iraqi women.

Now if it was just him exaggarating to do a bit he should just give it up, its really not funny and its kind of sick.
I have met billy a few times and he has always been very nice but the deeper you get into his psyche the sadder it is.
