Is it possible to commit vicarious suicide?

I recently had a problem with identity theft, apparently some guy was using my name to open charge accounts, et cetera. So now I'm left here to call credit card companies and I can't help but wonder.

If I found the guy who stole my identity and killed him, would it be considered murder or suicide?

If I found the guy who stole my identity and killed him, would it be considered murder or suicide?

It would be considered premeditated murder of a guy who committed the crime of identity theft.
