Hey, does anyone work out regularly? If so, what do you reccomend? Gym, free weights, swimming, drinking...?
I'd like to start but don't know where to start. Not that I need it, you understand!!!

I'd recommend walking and stretches to begin with. It has helped me tremendously. The first two weeks I didn't really do anything other than watching what I eat. I than started doing stretches, walking, then crunches, and free weights. So far it's working for me.

dude, check out www.reeboku.com. you enter in a whole lotta info about yourself and it helps you customize a workout. The trick though is actually doing it.

Swimming and using a treadmill are the best things for me. I enjoy them (Swimming is just plain fun. while I can watch TV while on the treadmill)...best things for keeping you slim and trim...
