I sent this e-mail to Ron and Fez concerning Brother Joe. I wanted to post it to get some feedback on whether it's a good idea or not.
The reason I'm writing you guys is I was just on RonFez.net and I read the post Brother Joe put up about the operation he's having this Monday. He wrote me an e-mail last weekend letting me know he may not be at the 9 this Tuesday because he had something coming up on Monday, but he didn't give me any details. I got to know Joe back in October after a particularly sloppy Bar 9 night caused the stage to get totally soaked with beer and liquor. The cables were a mess, and I helped him and Laird with the cleaning and packing out. Joe thanked me by actually putting me on the guest list for the "Big A.S.S. Night O' Frights" (which was a kick-ass awesome party, by the way). I've been wanting to pay him back for this, which was totally unnecessary for him to do for me. Even though he said the operation was no big deal, I was wondering if there was a way to have a "Big A.S.S. Night O' Turducken" at Bar 9 the night Joe returns (February 11th). Please let me know if this is at all possible. I'd be willing to organize it and try to pool resources for the Turduckens, but I wanted to check with you guys first because I'm sure there's a lot of legal red tape you have to deal with when putting something together like this. I'd be awesome if this could happen, because I'm sure Joe would really appreciate it.
