I don't know if anybody's brought this up yet, but why don't we let our local stations how much Ron and Fez mean (meant) to us. I think the pursuits of this message board and all Ron and Fez fans would make a great human interest story, and would help to promote our cause. I got the email addresses of the local tv stations. We can also write to them-the mailing addresses are on the websites.

It's hard to get TV coverage, unless we have a "good angle".
TV could care less about radio unless it's something bad.

Anyone who has a reporter aquaintance who owes them a favor, or a relative, or the like, now's the time to call in a favor, or perhaps a bribe.

Normally the media is only too quick to label protestors as nuts, idiots, etc. We're playing against a stacked deck. But that doesn't mean we should give up.

I'm gonna go around northport and contact some local news people. Who knows? Maybe a ripple can become a wave....

Hi. TV coverage is very possible. You have to send them video material via registered mail or Fed Ex. E-Mails can get erased by station interns, and regular mail will get consigned to the mail room. Also TV stations love people who carry well on camera. I'm a film/video-maker and would be willing to shoot a bit of R and F pitching their cause. You send this to a TV station, via mail that has to be signed for, you stand a damn good chance of getting results. E-Mail me at Gandreiev@aol.com. I'll help out! <P>

Hey, I wrote letters, sent emails, and made phone calls too! Just because someone may not be as vocal as you Heckler, doesn't mean that they're not doing anything. Everybody's trying to do their part, but it can be frustrating trying to come up with new ideas to help out. I say persistance never hurts.:)

The Infinity Radio Division has broken the hearts of listeners of the Ron and Fez Show that aired on WNEW 102.7 in NYC. The Ron and Fez Show has been cancelled, and thousands of heartbroken listeners are trying to get them back. The listeners have written letters to Infinity, David Hinkley of the Daily News, XM Satellite company. They have also rented a plane to write "Save Ron and Fez" in the sky above NYC. These are the most dedicated listeners in the radio business. Please help us if you can.

I wasn't talking about you Pinky. I saw over 100 people logged in the other night, which was a first for the board. Where did these people come from? Just curious, that's all. I never question anyone's actions unless they are doing something rude("hey Infinity, fuck you!") or illegal("I'll wait outside and curse the executives"!)
