Just balance out your increased protein intake with an and increased Mastubation output!

Generally, you can eat a lot of protein. If you're heavily into working out, a decent rule of thumb to go by is to consume one gram of protein each day for every pound of bodyweight you have. So, if you're 180, try to consume 180 grams of protein. Again, this should only be done if you're working out, so your body will use the protein.
The danger of eating too much protein is that you can tax your kidneys. In order to get rid of the excess protein your body doesn't need, it processes it through your kidneys. This can overtax your kidneys and damage them.
But, I'm not a doctor. I could be wrong...

Devils on target - but you need to drink at LEAST 64 oz of water a day to flush you out. Also dont eat alot of carbs. Your body will burn the carbs and sugar first and leave the protein for last.. id day 180 grams protein but no more than 30-50 grams of carbs in fruit and whole grains.

There are many schools of thought on this ranging from refraining from eating any protein to eating only protein.
Today I heard a lecture on senior nutrition that stressed the importance of carbs over protein. Next lecturer will probably say the opposite.
Best bet is to eat a well rounded diet.
