Yah, and of all things, it was during drama class. We were playing the classic game clumps, teach calls number, you get a group of that many people as fast you can, who ever is left out is the shameful looser.
It gets to the final 3, me and two other girls, he calls 2, to decided who the two winners would be and in a mad dash i run full speed after a girl whos about half my size and tackle her, on the way down, i nailed my hip on the conrete and she landed on top of me.
I felt something pop in my leg, everyone thought i had hit my head, and then assumed i was alright. They left but i was slowly getting up, i managed to walk 10 feet before calling out for someone to help me walk and sit down, soon everything went blurry, i got pretty dizzy and passed out. I awoke in the clinic via wheelchair, and was taken by ambulance to the hospital.
After X-rays, it showed i had chipped a large piece of my pelvic area off on impact, and I would had to be on crutches for about a week or two. When they were showing me how to move on the crutches, I passed out and had to prolong my already 5 hour ER trip to 7 hours.
Basically, its extremely hard for me to get up and down stairs, get up from a laying flat position, and im being medicated on IB Profin and Vikaden.
Sucks to be me.
