What happens to the dark meat?

I've noticed that most chicken sandwiches and nuggets from fast food places are made with all white chicken meat. A lot of stuff in stores is also all white chicken. I've never seen anything that's all dark meat, so where does all the dark meat go? I can't imagine it just gets shit canned.

It probably gets sent to chinese retaurants. Many chicken dishes in chinese restaurants are dark meat

Many people (such as myself) specifically ask for dark meat. Some prefer the more healthy white meat, some prefer the less dry dark.

Ironically, they use white meat used in chicken nuggest b/c it's "healthier." True, but not when in the form of a fried nugget. The frostee to go along with the white meat negates any positive effect anyway.
