Billy Staples Is pretty cool on the show

I do not know why everybody hates Billy Staples so much. I, and my friends that listen to Ron and Fez enjoy him on the air. He takes a lot of abuse, but holds his ground. He is good on the third Mic.

Mikey D, is the one who sounds like a bit of a pomous ass on the show.

Just a thought from the VA listeners, at least some of us that dig the show.

I like Billy and think he's a trooper to put up with all the crap he puts up with on the show. I'd be crying like a little baby every night if I was him.

But I have to say that Mikey D is not at all pompous. When I met him the night of Fezzie's birthday, he was probably the nicest one out of every one of the folks from the show who showed up that night. And that's saying something because they are all great guys.

Sometimes I wonder how Billy can take all of those jokes and criticism. Some of the regulars and Ron & Fez themselves can go a little too far.

Billy deserves everything he gets. In last nights show when he was talking about that chick i felt sorry for him but then you start to get the feeling that he makes up a lot of stuff in his mind. By the end I was sure that he's hittin the bottle again and like Ron said it'll be three weeks and it will all be out in the open. If anything I think that Ron and Rorry are trying to help him get his life together but he's living in denile. Fez giving him hell is just funny.

Billy is a very funny guy and has the worst problems I've ever heard.

Sure sometimes he can be prick (especially on the phones) but he deals with more on the show than anyone else. His bits are hilarious and he'll take a paintball right in gut.

I do not know why everybody hates Billy Staples so much.

For most of Billy's time on the show Ron & Fez broke his balls and it seemed as if they did not really like him. So most listeners just follow the leader and took on that opinion of him. In recent months Ron & Fez have had a change of heart and they seem to genuinely like him. Now the listeners all of a sudden like him, easy to see this pattern.

Oh, this thread being an example of my post.

I always thought Billy was a great part of the show.

Bill's okay with me. I have to give credit to someone
who's willing to put so much of his personal life out to
the listening public (as embarassing as it might be) for
