Mel was just down in Washington in front of Congress, hoping to broaden the laws that restrict media ownership. I don't think he's the guy to deal with it. The more individual media companies can own, the less they will have to offer because they'll control everything. Almost like state run television. I don't think we have the numbers to bring them back. I know there are a lot of board members but not nearly enough to make the difference required to bring back R & F.

So R&F fans should be quiet and do nothing?
As for numbers of fans, many fans DO NOT post on the board, so don't assume that the numbers are not there.
As for Karmazin: why not? We have targeted every major Infinity Executive, why not flood the switchboard on Monday? Although our main focus now is Scott Herman any Infinity Exec is "fair game".
We are not delusional, it's an uphill battle. But I won't quit and I know many who agree with me.

I tried to get through early this morning (9:45ish) the secretary wouldn't put me through but agreed to pass on the message. I doubt that she did but if enough people called I'm sure she complained about the overwhelming # of calls. God I miss R & F.
