The "When will we invade Iran?" game

this is sort of a game. i'm putting it in P&CE due to the politically charged nature of the thread and because i'm a shock poster.

This is simple, there are two ways to win.
1) pick a date that the war in Iran will begin.

2) give a good convincing argument for the war.

I don't know exactly when, but I'd say VERY soon.

And further more, I don't think WE (a.k.a. US, UK, Spain, etc) will have to do it, I think the toppling of the government will come from within.

My girlfriend is from Iran, and I know a few Iranians that live here in the US and the more I talk to them the more convinced I am that people aren't willing to take it anymore.

In a country where 40% of the population is between the ages of 15 and 18 years of age, where 70% under the age of 30, where 70% of people have at least some college education, and with an unofficial unemployment rate of 40%, something is bound to happen.

A young population like Iran's will not put up with this shit for much longer, especially when they see countries like the US trying to get all those fuckedupbackwards countries into the 20th century.

I'm not hearing Iran, but I'm hearing speculation about North Korea around Christmas. There's some evidence in terms of troop and equipment movement, and the government buying up blocks of commercial satellite imagery, but I still have to think it's too crazy to believe. We've pulled too much equipment out of the gulf to go into Iran.

I don't think we will go after Iran- We hate them as a way of life, Who can we hate if we topple the theocracy of Iran?

1) Russia- We only consider them naughty at times. They share our problems now- I.E. Chechneya terrorism.

2) Iraq- The guys with mustaches are gone or out of power. Can't hate the repressed.

3) France- We will kiss and make up just wait and see. Handbags and Grey Goose- We could not hate them for long.

4) Germany- Cars and beer are too good- What else opitimzes America- we could never hate them.

So no invading Iran, we will have to find an enemy in the world, besides that little man we will payoff in Korea. I wonder whether maybe we could go after Canada because they are close. Nahh who would play hockey for us.

I don't know if we will "invade" per se, but we need to do something about the mullahs influence inside and outside of Iran. Of particular import is the need to stop their funding/support of terrorism as well as their nuclear program.
