We CAN'T find a way to NOT have a huge pile of crshed tortilla chips at the bottom of every bag?!

What's the dilly, silly?

I feel like such a waster if I throw them out, so I'm literally sipping salsa out of a small bowl like SOUP and then eating a small handful of crushed chip bits!

There MUST be a solution.

And don't tell me about that tube of tortilla chips that some like Pringles because those things get crushed a little too.

I dont mind the crushed tortillas at all. I eat the bigger, full ones with salsa but when they start to get crushed and smaller i put them in a bowl with taco cheese and heat them up in the microwave. Good stuff.

Try opening the bag "upside down". At least your day will END better,,,

And with Doritoes/Fritos and such; the flavor normally wasted on the bottom, is waiting for you on top of the bag,,,,,,,,,,yummy

Even I have my limits. I tossed the dusty chips after I discovered a WOOD CHIP in my bag of tortillas!

I was chewing and got to something that didn't break up right in my teeth. I pulled it out and saw wood pulp! It was a big splinter basically.

Fuckers.

can't put more chips in the bag? Why am I paying for all that packaged air? Give me more chips dammit or make the bag smaller (so it LOOKS like we're getting MORE chips!).

I'll try that with chips and Doritos. Thanks. But I stilll want the whole tortilla chips 1st, so I'm still screwed on that front.

Actually I'm going to try McNabb's idea with the chip bits in cheese next time I have a bag.

There's a very good REASON why there is so much air in a bag of chips.

You'd be complaining about a hell of a lot more broken chips if there wasn't.

Pringles get crushed too! I always shake the can to see how many crushed chips are in them.

what if they made potato chip bags out of bubblewrap, think it would help?...

This IS a big pain in the ass.

When you get near the end of the bag and are dipping with salsa you have to connect three chips just so you can get some salsa on those bastards. Then my hands get in the salsa and there's a big mess.

Then I always have half a jar of salsa sitting in the fridge and have no chips.

Maybe they could invent tortilla chip glue to glue the little pieces into a normal size chip that is dippable.
