And eat them piece by piece. I have no idea why, its just something ive been doing since i was little. I used to have a baby sitter who would threaten to start whuppin' my ass if i ate my sandwiches that way around her. Breakfast sandwiches mostly, but sometimes cheeseburgers and never fast food, because im pretty sure i don't wanna know what the meat looks like..

i do something weird like that.. i rip pieces of my sandwiches off and eat them like that.. my dad swears i got it from the bitches on 90210... but i dont remember them doing that

i dont see it as being a big deal except for lettuce and stuff taste like shit alone. if i get a sandwhich, all that stuff is there cause they taste good together. but lettuce and raw onions and other sandwhich condiments are nasty alone

When I was on my no-carb kick, I would get a hamburger or something and order it with lettuce and then throw away the bun and just eat the meat in a lettuce wrap

Some places like Hardee's/Carl's Jr. actually offer that as an option and call it their "protein wrap". I just noticed that my local Waldbaum's has put signs all over the store saying that this food or that food is "Great for low carb diets!!"

i'll usually rip the crust off and eat that first, then i'll eat the sandwhich by tearing off smaller pieces.

The only reason I'd ever do this is if only one part of the sandwich is good. Say for instance if the meat sucks but I like the tomatoes, I'd do it.
But if I make my own sandwich nothin's goin' to waste.

Remember, they fatten cows with grain!! The more refined it is, the purer it is as a carbohydrate and its the same thing as eating pure sugar, it'll fatten u up! The meat I eat is organic and the cows are fed grass. It costs more but its worth it.

my sister used to cut her bagel in half and then rip out the bread part of the bagel and just eat the crust. it always seemed really werid to me and the fact that she would roll up the bread she ripped out freaked me out.

That's a coincidence because just this very day I noticed the same while I was grocery shopping. I noticed several signs reading "low carbs" on a bunch of products throughout the market. They were not there ever before.

Well. I'm telling you all to buy stock in this particular brand of bar:

They are my favorite and it is so difficult to find them! They sell out far faster than any other brand of low-carb bar, and with the incrasing popularity of low-carb diets it's only going to get harder to find them!
To get back on topic though, I take apart my sanwiches as well. To discard the bread.
