Out of the Penthouse/ is Playboy next?

I remember Ron and Fez briefly commented on the trouble that Penthouse and Playboy were having in one of their shows but did not elaborate (but they did attribute it due to the easy access of porn availibility on the internet) . And low and behold I read in the paper that Penthouse is on the verge of folding due to dwindling circulation. Also, the Penthouse in N.Y. is also on the verge of being forclosed and that the publication of Penthouse ceased production for 2 months. The article also stated that workers only got 25% of their salary I think.

Suffice it to say, does anyone know how Playboy's finances are holding up in relation to the advent of the internet and the explosion of non-nude magazines like STUFF, FHM and MAXIM?

Also, does anyone pay to watch the playboy channel or buy the videos that they produce? (as opposed to downloading stuff)<----it don't make you a bad person.

Damn, penthouse and playboy going under? i guess this is proof of why the MDCA (Millenium Digital Copyright Act) and the SMDCA are needed, huh?
