So, an issue of Highlights for one of my neighbors accidentally got mixed in with the mail. I hadn't read this magazine in a loooooong time. Or at least not since my last visit to the dentist. I turned to Goofus and Gallant and I came to a realization. I HATE Gallant, he's such an annoying pompus doo-gooder who's always got to show Goofus up. I hated him as a kid and I hate him now!

I have to admit I don't remember Goofus and Gallant though.

Goofus is so much more in touch with reality than Gallant.

Hmmmm didn't see it when I searched, but cool anyway. Glad to see I wasn't the only one annoyed by Gallant.

Also, this topic isn't just about Goofus and Gallant, it's about the whole magazine as well.
