When I was about 8 I was in the Cub Scouts for a year before I realized it sucked.

But during my stay, we went bowling and I actually won a trophy in bowling. It was a bowling pin painted to look like Cub Scout, complete with the gay banbana. I think I must have broken like 100 or 150 or something.

I don't think I've ever broken 100 since.

I peaked really early in bowling, like Fez in radio.

But hey, bowling can be fun even if you suck. Start DC get togethers guys. Have fun. I must RSVP that I am a couple hundred miles away.

It was open, as of about three or so months ago. Once a month they have like roackabilly music. Really kind of groovy.

I live in Arlington, but do some bid-ness in Falls Church. Did not go to school i the area.

Our paths have crossed online many times, especially last year, but never in person - and I'm pretty sure never against each other. Maybe now that the DC listeners are gathering we'll meet, if I go to any of them - I'm more of a hunter than a gatherer.

Yes I do remember the Jefferson theater, remember the drive in at Merrifield. I also remember all of those teachers. I used to work at the Deli in Loehmanns.
