As much as it pains me to admit it, I'm no longer a young man. Every day I notice more and more gray in my hair, and I have an extremely difficult time trying to understand today's pop culture.

I've tried and tried, but I'll never understand the attraction of rap music, genital piercings, or tattoos. For the longest time I had myself convinced that the world around me had gone completely mad and I was the only sane one left. Now I'm finally ready to admit that I'm just too set in my ways and the product of an earlier generation that will never comprehend the fads of today's youth.

Oh and for the record, I still believe the majority of you young whipper snappers are insane.

Tell us gvac, are the eyes going?

Do people come to your house and ask you why the TV is so loud?

If you were to lift your shirt, would you see your belly button or would you still have to unzip your fly?

Do you own a house dress?

These are the questions we want to know damn it!

I heard "Go" by Tones on Tails used for a Dockers commercial. I wept openly.

The 80s are now "nostalgia."

I'm a "has been" who never was.

um, the other day the background music they play while showing the "current weather, 5 day forecast, etc etc" on the weather channel was Pink Floyd. It was so out of context it took a sec to realize what it was.

Dude, no matter how old you get, no mater how young and hip some other guy is, cutting your dick and putting metal in it will NEVER make sense. having sex is the greatest thing in the world, it feels better than anything. Why would you risk that for some fad? you know in 10-15 years that won't be "cool" anymore.

I love my cock and would never mess with it. It's perfect that way it is (I've had girls tell me that and that's the coolest thing I've ever heard anyone tell me!)

Are you sure they weren't just being polite? Did you have any bumps, weeping sores, or strange odors? Those things count against you.

I'm very sure. The polite thing would be to say "It's a nice size" or something like that. Plus I didn't ask for a comment, we weren't even talking about it, so no need to be polite.

If you want a peek, just ask :p

A few years ago, Dateline used a Peter Murphy song ("You're So Close") for one of their "Timeline" segments. It was just awful.

Sorry it's taken me so long to respond, but shortly after starting this thread I spilled my nightly dose of Metamucil onto the keyboard and shorted it out.

I'd like to thank my fellow "senior" members for seeing things my way, notably Tall James, Reeshy, Heckler, Fuzzybutt, and AJinDC. You guys are true blue (you kids would call them your "niggaz").

It's no picnic living with the ever-present stench of mothballs and Ben Gay, but I'm getting used to it. Let it be a lesson to all of you snot nosed little punks - GET OFF THE COMPUTER AND GO OUTSIDE AND ENJOY LIFE!!!

Soon you'll be old and decrepit, too.

PS - I still think us old gray foxes can learn you young 'uns a thing or two. Me, Tall James, and Heckler will gladly take on any of you creeps in a tag team match - just bring an ample supply of Doan's back pills.
