Well, to be blunt, you must be blind. Look at the whole shape of his head right before the explosion. Then look at it (The entire head, NOT JUST THE WOUND) during the initial burst. He's clearly a couple inches forward. Or try comparing his position to Jackie's. It's clear to me in the original, and unavoidable here.

Bringing my posts full circle, again, here's the longtime comparison of the Zapruder and Nix films at the same moment, showing a sudden movement foreward in the split-second before the snap backwards.

Maybe some of our more technically proficient posters could break the thing down frame by frame and we can see for sure.

Beyond the body movement, I still pointed out that the brain matter and blood blasts FORWARD (Seemingly impossible if it's an exit wound from a shot that originated in the front) and there's absolutely nothing indicating an exit wound anywhere on the back of the head. So unless you're in the "the Zapruder film is fake"-camp, it still actually remains the strongest piece of visual evidence FOR the idea of Oswald as the lone gunman.

We don't have to guess what Jackie does. It's right there on film. She essentially doesn't move from her position until AFTER JFK is moving back. She clearly doesn't "jump". Look at the other people in the car. Their movements are clearly shown in the clip. She wouldn't be able to move without us seeing it. Why are we playing guessing games when we have photographic evidence of what she does or doesn't do?

But, as I said, this version is NOT any kind of concrete proof. If you can't or won't see it, I can't make you, nor do I wish to.

You still haven't addressed the two other key points I brought up.

Just a couple more visual examples of the head shot coming from the rear...

The first is a stabilized closeup of the head shot, showing Kennedy's head having moved FORWARD several inches before the movement backwards. It also shows the head matter exploding FORWARDS, indicative of a shot from the rear.

The second is a sight that has a frame by frame stabilization of the head shot from Zapruder's original perspective (No zoom/blow up). IMO, the evidence for a rear shot is even MORE obvious here. The site allows the viewer to advance or go back the frames one by one. The forward movement at the time of the inital head burst is clear. The common excuse of this being from the "car braking suddenly" is moot since the other occupants are clearly visible and do NOT demonstrate a similar sudden movement. Again, the head matter explodes FORWARD.

The guy in the back left corner of sr71's pic is different from the original. Obvious Photoshop job, no idea who he is, maybe the original creator of that classic, bitchin' parody.

sr71, Oswald was shot in the underground parking garage of the Dallas police station, so it wasn't outside. The guy in the white suit was actually handcuffed to Oswald, and looks so odd in the picture because he's trying to pull Oswald towards him. Ironically, doing that may have caused more harm than good. Ruby would have shot Oswald more towards the center if he hadn't been pulled aside at the last second, and the wound might not have been as fatal. The wound caused by that action, however, caused MASSIVE damage to Oswald, leaving him practically no chance for survival.

Its strange how in a single snapshot of an instant in time; you see Ruby holding the gun, you see Oswalds hands and arms in a reflexive protective position, it should be clear that he wasnt shot in the arm, as the image might seem to indicate, but a fraction of a second before the image was snapped; his arms now in front of the bullet wound. People sometimes will see an image and assume one thing, based upon what they see, and wont accept any other suggestion.
Its details, and knowing how things react to other influences that enable a snapshot in time tell a story. One of the first things I noticed when comparing the 2 images (despite the insertion of the instruments) was the different guy to the left of the guy in white, as well as Oswalds leg, in the altered image, is now in front of the guy in whites leg.
I think its the inability of some to see an image or film clip, from different angles and not reailse its the same thing, but from different perspectives, that gives rise to conspiracy theories. How many times have you seen a ball game where they do instant replay of a guy making a catch, where his body is at a critical moment of a determining if the play is foul or fair and from different angles, where his foot in in relation to the foul line, using that to make the determination. From one camera it appears he was within the line, but the other reaveals he wasnt.

I'm just gonna keep knocking around the "lone gunman" theory for my own amusement, even though it's pretty much just me talking to myself.

I found the following photos interesting, and up until today, I had never seen them before. They're photos of the limo seats where JFK and Jackie were sitting during the shooting. Note the placement of most of the "gore"...on the seat, the floor and towards the front...which matches the footage in the Zapruder film of the head shot intially blowing the head matter FORWARD...as a shot from the rear would. Some gore WAS blown back by the wind, as the film shows, but clearly the bulk of it went forward after the initial burst of the wound.

There's also the damage to the interior of the car's windshield (One was to the windshield itself, the other to the chrome ining the windshield) done by bullet fragments from the head wound, which could only happen from these large fragments being blown FORWARD.

This is the crack to the windshield. Some claim this is a hole from a bullet going through the front. If you look at a closeup, it's clear this is NOT the case.

Very true. But that finding was based solely on the audio recording, and the belief at the time it was from a policeman's motorcycle-microphone during and near the assassination.

The most straightforward evidence against the tape containing audio of ANY shots, three or otherwise, is that using the footage of the various home movies taken of the motorcade, once can construct an interrupted film almost three minutes long, right up until the end of the Zapruder film. What this "director's cut" proves is that the officer whose bike's mic was stuck on (Or at least the cop who the theorists CLAIM was the one in Dealey Plaza during the shooting) hadn't even entered Dealey Plaza at the time of the shooting, and was at least 200 yards away from where he would have needed to have been to pick up sounds from just the Texas School Book Depository, much less the notorious Grassy Knoll.

Like the Mary Moorman photo, taken opposite of the Grassy Knoll at the moment of the head shot, people continually attempt to examine this tape for something they're never going to find. Hell, I couldn't even use it to prove just three shots, much less four...

It seems that Tippit killed Kennedy (he is "Badgeman") and was then later killed himself with the exact same trajectory as Kennedy. His body was then switched for Kennedy's.

I always liked any theory that involved Tippit. Ultimately, most of them stem from two things...the aforementioned "Badgeman" theory (Shooter's a cop...Tippit's a cop...2+2=12!), and the fact that ANOTHER Dallas cop with the name "J. Tippit" (I know, what the fuck are the odds?) that frequented Jack Ruby's strip clubs. J.D. Tippit, the one supposedly killed by Oswald, was not the same man.

It's odd that both single gunman and conspiracy theorists feel the need to "prove" Oswald killing Tippit as much as Oswald killing Kennedy. Neither side "needs" the Tippit killing to prove anything. What's often ignored is that Tippit's death really could have just been bad timing, and had zero to do with the JFK assassination.

Personally, I feel Oswald DID kill Tippit, even if he ultimately didn't kill or take a shot at JFK.

HBO is near a deal with Playtone that will turn Vincent Bugliosi's 1,632-page book "Reclaiming History: The Assassination of President John F. Kennedy" into a miniseries.
Ten-parter will debunk long-held conspiracy theories and establish that assassin Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone.

HBO is wrapping up a deal to finance and air the mini, which will depict Oswald's journey to becoming an assassin and his subsequent murder on live TV by Jack Ruby.

Playtone's Tom Hanks and Gary Goetzman will exec produce along with their "Big Love" star Bill Paxton.

The network will make a companion documentary special, with Bugliosi addressing myriad conspiracy theories, including those involving the Mafia, the KGB or Fidel Castro in JFK's assassination.

Project was hatched after Hanks, Paxton and Goetzman had a conversation about the shooting. They decided to look at Bugliosi's book, published last month by W.W. Norton, as the basis for a possible project.

"I totally believed there was a conspiracy, but after you read the book, you are almost embarrassed that you ever believed it," Goetzman said. "To think that guys who grew up in the '60s would make a miniseries supporting the idea that Oswald acted alone is something I certainly wouldn't have predicted. But time and evidence can change the way we view things."

Bugliosi, who prosecuted Charles Manson and wrote the book "Helter Skelter," was moved to write "Reclaiming History" after prosecuting a mock trial of Oswald for a British TV special. He walked away feeling the Warren Commission got it right and then spent the next two decades gathering evidence to prove it.

"Many more people will see the miniseries than will read the book," Bugliosi told Daily Variety. "With the integrity that Tom, Gary and Bill bring, I think that we will finally be able to make a substantial dent in the 75% of people in this country who still believe the conspiracy theorists."

Project comes along as Playtone nears a wrap on the seven-part HBO miniseries "John Adams" and preps for an Aug. 27 production start in Melbourne on "The Pacific," the 10-part WWII mini for HBO that Hanks and Goetzman are exec producing with Steven Spielberg. The Playtone-produced series "Big Love" begins its second season on HBO this Monday.

There was another book a couple of years ago where the author allegedly proved, with computer analysis, that the "magic bullet" could act exactly as the Warren Commission said it did. Can't remember the book (and it may even have been discussed earlier in this thread), but it made some news when it came out.

There have been several books and numerous independent studies/simulations/recreations over the last decade that show the "magic bullet" wasn't very magic at all and basically did exactly what one would expect a bullet like that to do in that situation to two men seated as Kennedy and Connally were.

Oswald acted alone. There was a documentary on Discovery about it. They had a marksman replicate the "magic bullet" theory, and there was some other ballistic conclusions that were drawn from the round that was recovered from kennedy in autopsy. If I remember correctly, it had to do with the rifiling of the round, and brand of round it was that matched the weapon that he used.

Pretty much all respected US historins disagree with you. Booth's work towards the end of the war plotting with others to initially kidnap and then eventually kill Lincoln has all been extensively researched. Booth planned to do nothing alone.

Actually, just outside of it. He lived for a few hours, paralyzed from the neck down and delirious, and died on the porch of the home that owned the barn.

I was watching a History Channel special last night called The Kennedy Assassination: 24 Hours After (http://www.history.com/shows.do?action=detail&episodeId=488254). It was a fascinating minute by minute account of what happened after the shooting in Dealey Plaza, much of which I had never heard about before: the drama at Parkland Hospital between Dallas Police and the Secret Service, the delay of informing LBJ that JFK was actually dead, the debate about whether to take off on Air Force One back to DC or stay and take the Oath of Office. This is a really interesting special and is complete with first hand accounts of people that were there that day.

Not to give too much away but one of the most amazing things in this special was LBJ's phone call from Air Force One on the way back to DC to Rose Kennedy shortly after the shooting. It's an amazing thing to hear and her demeanor is stunning to say the least.

If you're at all interested in the JFK Assassination, watch this.

Having been to the murder scene and going to the window museum in the book depository, I can tell you that it is NOT that difficult a shot. Especially if you are trained by the Marine Corps. The movie makes the plaza look so damn big, but it really is not. It is so small actually, that the first time I went; I drove right through it and had to turn around. There are two things Oliver Stone got right in his rendition of the facts and events:
1. The time
2. The date

Here are some discrepancies to the story:

1) The body sent back to D.C. and identified as Booths' right leg was broken. Booth broke his left leg when leaping to the stage at Ford's Theater. At the Garrett’s, no mention was made of the body having a broken leg or missing a boot.

2) The body given to the Booth family for burial was said by a witness to have red hair.

3) The trail followed by pursuers makes no sense - from Port Royal to Bowling Green and then back to the Garrett's farm. The story given to the posse was that Booth was in Bowling Green at the Star Motel, run by a family involved with the Confederate Secret Service, so that is where they went. But Booth was not there and they were not told Booth was at Garrett’s, but that someone matching his description was, a description matching many men of the time. If the first story was right, then Booth could have left Bowling Green for a location other than the Garrett farm before the posse arrived. If the story the posse was given was false, the posse was being given a bum steer anyway.

4) There are quite a few letters, photos and other documents from the time in the Georgetown University library which support the idea that Booth got away. People who saw the body on the way back to D.C. who had seen Booth previously said it as not him.
One person who identified the body as Booth’s described the moustache Booth was known for on the corpse. One problem – Booth shaved the moustache off 10 days before and had a beard growing out.

5) There was plenty of reason for people in Caroline County to not be more public in disputing the story. The Garrett's were very well-respected, for one thing. It is worth noting the Garrett boys did not say for certain it was Booth who was killed. What they said was Union soldiers claimed Booth was killed. Later, one of the Garrett boys went on speaking tours and his story changed. The accounts of eyewitnesses and the stories passed down to county residents are often overlooked, but need to be considered.

6) Wanted posters at the time threatened those who harbored or aided the conspirators with trial and hanging, yet the Garretts were never tried, nor were 3 Confederate soldiers involved ever tried much less hung.

7) When the Union posse arrived at Port Royal, they were spotted by members of Mosby's Rangers, who had been part of the plot to kidnap Lincoln. These rangers warned Booth at least 6 hours ahead of time and yet they allowed someone they were looking after to remain at the Garrett's another day and night without sending him down the line of safe houses that were already arranged for?

8) Booth was travelling with a guy named Herold. After they got to Garrett's farm, Herold was escorted on horseback by 2 Confederates - also Mosby's Rangers I believe - to Bowling Green. Along with them was another as-yet unidentified man. Then Herald walked back to Garrett's farm alone. This other man could have been Booth. In Bowling Green and in the area were quite a few members of the Confederate Secret Service who had roles in the kidnap plot and when the story is reviewed, it is important to remember that and to imagine how they would react to this Union posse and whether they would do anything to help the assassin of Lincoln.
Herold was arrested and repeatedly said the man in the barn was not Booth. Herald was spirited away, held incommunicado, taken to D.C., tried and hung and was given very little opportunity to speak to anyone.

They were paid handsomely for sending back the body of Booth so it appears they just kept shooting people till they got someone that others would believe was Booth.
One woman who was a big fan of Booth’s saw the body at Port Royal and made a big show of being distraught at his death. After getting out of sight, she burst into laughter and told her daughter that she was certain the body was not that of Booth.

11) The story of Booth dying on the porch in the arms of Miss Lucinda along with his dying words has to be false. The autopsy said he died of asphyxiation and that his cervical column was severed. He didn’t do all that talking.

12) There were immediate doubts in Washington as to whether they had Booth’s body or not. Autopsy photos ordered by Stanton disappeared 48 hours later. The 2 Garrett boys were taken to D.C. and put up in a nice hotel, yet neither was asked if the person killed on their property was Booth. After seeing their father nearly hung in the front yard, they were not inclined to dispute the story going around, either.

13) There is at least one account of the time of a wounded Confederate soldier being kept in the Garrrett’s barn and who was murdered in order to collect the reward money.

14) There was a sizeable force of Mosby’s Rangers nearby who saw the siege at the Garrett’s barn. It doesn’t make sense that they would stand and watch the person they presumably hade been charged with looking after killed in the barn by the 30-member posse of Union troops. What does make sense is for them to stand by and watch if the person they were looking after had been spirited away.

I didn't believe any of the stories of him getting away until I ran into a local historian down there who owns some letters from people who were there and who has also spent a lot of time examining a couple collections made about 100 years ago.

The story makes no sense for Booth to come ashore at Port Royal, stop at the Garrett's, find out this 30-man group was after him, ride to Bowling Green, then turn around and head straight for those who were pursuing him.
Either that, or for him to sit there with his escorts and wait to be captured or killed.
Like Mojo said, he was paralized from the neck down, but the woman who said he died on the porch said he was moving his hands and arms, Booth did not have red hair, and the chaps after him were shooting at people up and down the Rappahannock River valley, claiming others they shot were Booth as well so they could get the reward money.
They were given enough to purchase new houses with.

She was likely just mistaken. The general accounts of his death have him asking someone to show him his hands just before he died because he couldn't do it himself.

The woman was Miss Lucinda, the sister-in-law of Mr. Garrett, as I recall. She had a whole story about how he had her lift his hands and say something like "Useless, useless" and then asked her to tell his mother he had did for a good cause. Her story continued that he then folded his own hands across his chest and died.
She lived a long life and the father of a historian I know did a lot of research into the case when he was stationed at A.P. Hill. He spoke to a former pupil of Miss Lucinda who said she was "the biggest liar I ever knew."
She was given a lock of the man's hair which is supposed to survive today in private hands and is red in color.

It is an interesting case with more loose threads than I had imagined, especially when you ride around the area and picture how things were. it's kind of fun to play around with.

People did not react as if they were sure they had the assassin.
Among those present to meet Booth were Mortimer Ruggles, whose father was a top officer in the Confederate Secret Service who lived in King George County and who had a major hand in, if not command of the Lincoln kidnap plot.
Another of the Confederates who met Booth was Captain William Newbill, another offier in the Confederate Secret Service from Westmoreland County. Newbill was with a sizeable contingent of Mosby's Rangers in the woods watching the Garrett barn burn. Newbill was also part of the kidnap plot. There were apparently enough of these rangers there to whip the federal posse at the barn, but they did not do anything. Newbill was careful with his words, but never said the guy at the barn was Booth.
Oh, and these members of Mosby's rangers would have been expected to be far away with Mosby surrendering and being paroled, but none had been. They were on a mission.

They had to be careful because they had been promised recompense for losing their barn, and they had seen their father damned near hung in the front yard. The day after Booth and Herold arrived at the Garrett Farm, the two Garrett boys went to work in the fields. They saw Ruggles and Bainbridge (another Secret Service officer, I think) ride away with Herald riding double behind one of them and with another man riding double behind the other. This other man has never been identified. It could have been Booth and would have been logical for them to all ride to Bowling Green, where the Star Hotel was a nest of Confedrate spying.

The following is an exerpt from a letter in the Swain Collection at Georgetown and was hand-copied by this historian friend of mine:

"My father the late John A. Hopkins, served in Stonewall Jackson’s division of Lee’s army. He was wounded at Appomattox and paroled after Lee surrendered, but before he went to his home in Virginia, he spent several days at the home of Garrett. He has told me many times that old man Garrett told him that the man killed in the building on his farm was not Booth but a wounded Confederate soldier who had been at his house several days before Lincoln was shot, and when he heard that the Federal Calvary was in the neighborhood he thought it was best for him to go to the barn and sleep, as he had not yet been captured. Garrett said the army troops surrounded the premises and began a siege, but he begged for the life of his guest who had been wounded fighting for the lost cause. He said the pleadings were in vain, they set fire to the barn and shot the poor man by the glare of the fire. It was a cowardly murder, and it was done in the hopes of passing the body off for that of Booth and getting the reward. In conclusion I will say that I believe my father knew more about Booth than he ever told me, and will always remember how earnest he was when he said Booth was never killed, and when I told him history said different, he even went so far as to say he had seen Booth alive and knew him well and that he was not killed and the man who was killed at Garrett’s barn was neither Booth nor anyone like him."

I find it amazing they refuse to let scientists do DNA tests on the bone in the museum they claim to be Booths while trying to match it to the DNA of Booths brother. Are they THAT scared to find out that history may be wrong? Id figure the truth would be more important then pride, but I should know better.

In the interview, Ron asked only the broadest possible questions because he didn't want to risk challenging the guy and end up looking like a fucking fool on his own show. Ron would ask something like "so there's no evidence pointing to Jack Ruby being connected to the mob?" and Bugliosi would launch into the evidence, while Ron would just mutter curt Mmmhmm's, like he was Fez listening to callers' mental health advice. Like I said, he was being a huge bitch.

Not really. He actually was a good shot and the design of the car attributed to that f'd up magic bullet theory. He was the lone gunman. Now, there was probably other people who helped get him there, but he acted alone on that day.

This is just goofy!!! You honestly think Oliver Stone his commentary to his movie desperately trying to sell every and any conspiracy theory is some kind of sound source with which to challenge the Warren Report!!! I've listened to the commentary in the past, mainly to have a good laugh, and it didn't disappoint!!! Like the movie, Stone can't even settle on which conspiracy theory to back, so he cherry picks from a ton of them and tries to poke holes along the periphery of the Warren Report but completely fails to debunk the main theories of the Report because he, and the conspiracy theorists, have absolutely zero evidence that can point to anyone but Oswald acting alone!!

It's hilarious how many people who believe in the conspiracies slam the Warren Report as being a "mess" or a sham and have never actually read any part of it outside of selectively quoted excerpts used by conspiracy theorists!!! It provides a mountain of evidence that shows that Oswald was the obvious gunman, hence why conspiracy folks have to jump to the ridiculous conclusion that the evidence is made up since there's nothing that points to anything else!!! While Im not a 9/11 truther, I do believe there was alot more to what happened that day then weve been told. Especially with the Pentagon.

I have a hard time believing a government caught lying time and time again, for what they conceive to be "the greater good".

As far as Kennedys assassination is concerned, there are way too many unanswered questions and crazy circumstances for me to just believe what was put out there. You talk about Ron, but Bugliosis whole "This is the truth and it cant be denied. The end." stance is bullying at its best. Sure, dont question the government. People that were actually there dont believe the story, that right there is enough for me to question it.

And how can you compare a coverup in the 60s to now? Yea I have no problem believing the government cant hide a presidential blowjob now but could cover up an assassination then. Besides how long it took for information to spread youre also talking about a time where people believed everything their government told them to be gospel truth. It was `1000 times easier to cover something up then then it is now.

The Pentagon wasn't taken down. In fact, the reinforced/remodeled side was hit which spared the rest of the building from becoming a ring of fire.

It sure was stupid of our government to fire a missile into that part of the building!!!!!

Good theory.
Really I only have a mild interest in all of this. Stone and Buligosi are far more obsessed and neither is completely objective. Bugliosi is motivated by conspiracy nuts underminding our government's strenght and integrity. Stone is motivated by the events after JFK's death leading to an intensification of the Vietnam war. Everyone has some stake in finding a satisfying answer.
The only problem is
They can't get no satisfaction.

Only to somehow be identified and caught out of nowhere....and killed almost immediately before being able to say anything publicly except that he didnt do it. Personally I think its remarkable how perfectly the Kennedy assassination went. One guy guns down the president in an extremely impressive display of sharpshooting, then evades the secret service, police and everyone else that was there without help from anyone. Only to somehow be identified and caught out of nowhere....and killed almost immediately before being able to say anything publicly except that he didnt do it. Most people couldnt plan a fucking family vacation to go as perfectly as that went down. Yet to even question it, you are called a kook. Amazing.

The guy misses twice before he hits his target, walks out because nobody is sure where the shooting came from, murders a cop and then is arrested after looking suspicious and ducking into a movie theater without paying and the manager calls the cops!!!

And whoa, a guy who committed a crime DENIES it?!?!? Stop the presses, Copernicus!!!

And gee, I guess two days equals "almost immediately!!!" It's weird how a guy who you would think be able to blow the lid off of any conspiracy or setup would very politely wait two whole days to not tell investigators ANY details whatsoever that might save his ass!!! Very thoughtful of him to wait for the scary conspirators, who could orchestrate anything and everything...but couldn't get to Oswald until two days after he was caught!!! Guess the Dallas Police weren't in on it...oh, except the Dallas Police HAVE to have been in on it for any of these theories to work!!! Whoopsy!!!

It would be one thing if no video existed, but if it happened the way they said it did, there HAS to be video of it. All Im saying is Id like to see it for myself, and then I will believe it. It doesn't bother me, I just presented the simplest explanation that most correctly accept after ten years of evidence. You know planes hit buildings that day, but not that building? OK.

This much is true and the reason why I do find it odd that some people won't even question things that they had no contact with personally. We learn soooo much later where the gov took us as rubes in the past in the interest of the country very often via the few things they have declassified in the past. That's here, we're not even talking throughout history. I think it's healthy to be a skeptic versus being hand fed what u want to hear. Sure there is a lot of crazy shit out there and noise to get around, but there certainly is deception as well.

Im not saying a plane definitely didnt crash into the Pentagon. Im just saying I believe theres a chance that it couldve been something else. Or maybe it didnt go down exactly like they said it did. There are alot of odd things that supposedly happened that day. Not just with the Pentagon but all over.

I know personally I found it weird that people were getting cell calls from loved ones on the hijacked planes....that were up in the air where I NEVER have been able to use a cell...when at the time I couldnt make a call from my cell phone and I was on the ground. That amazed me from the first time I heard it.

Then the fact they wont release any kind of footage of the Pentagon getting hit, when theyve shown the Twin Towers a million times...just makes me wonder why. Nobody here has given one legitimate reason why they wouldnt show some kind of conclusive video showing a plane hitting the Pentagon. If it doesnt bother you, hey thats cool. Me? I find it weird and bothersome.

If I thought I was being set up to take the fall of a President assassination I wouldnt say a word to ANYONE without the press standing there. How do you know who you can trust? Maybe they are seeing if you will keep your mouth shut? And if not, well, only one option.

Dont say it doesnt happen either. It happens in all walks of life. From the mob, to simple heists where one of the crooks doesnt think he can trust the other. People get killed to be kept quiet all the time.

Ive just seen alot of cases where a crime has taken place, and somebody HAS to take the fall. There are certain cases where "unsolved" is not an option. Maybe he did do it. But there were also alot of witnesses there that day that dispute the governments conclusion. Amazing how witnesses to one event are automatically believed, yet witnesses to another are simply dismissed as being wrong.

First of all, maybe Oswald didnt have any beans to spill. Just proclaiming his own innocence and killed before he could prove it. Im not going by Oliver Stones word like its gospel, I just think it wasnt as cut and dry as they said it was.

And this is what I mean. So eyewitness tstimony isnt evidence? Because Ive seen interviews where people that were there swear the shots came from somewhere else and when interviewed were TOLD they were wrong. I guess that doesnt count as any kind of evidence to the contrary?

Im not even saying it didnt. It may have. If not I have no idea where it is. I just become suspicious when I see all kind of crazy stories out there.

Like the guy who said his wife called him from the plane. First he said she used a cell...then when it was brought to his attention she couldnt use a cell he said she called collect from a seat phone. Odd considering seat phones only take credit cards....and flight 77 didnt have any. Stuff like that just send up red flags to me.

You can find red flags with ANY story. Though the conspiracy theorists claim the contrary, there was plane wreckage at the Pentagon. If no one can present any reasonable evidence that the plane could have ended up somewhere else, the "red flags" are worthless.

So you dont think theres anything wrong with people claiming they recieved phone calls from passengers on board that told them who was hijacking the planes and how, when there is no way they actually could have done so????

I don't know that story, but from what you said, it sounds like the guy was just trying to get in the news and gain sympathy. There's a HUGE difference between one guy talking about a phantom phone call, and trying to explain the disappearance of a huge jet full of passengers.

It wasnt just some guy though. It was the US Solicitor General Ted Olson. And the call was supposedly from his wife who was on flight 77, who was a commentator on CNN. Shes the one that gave the information that arabs hijacked the planes with boxcutters.

Then you had the guy from flight 98. The "Lets roll" guy. He calls his mom from the plane and tells her "Its your son (first name) (last name)". Does that make sense? Maybe its just me but Ive never called my own mother and had to use both my frist and last name to ID myself. Especially considering the situation he was supposed to be in.

The part I find craziest is these people were making cell calls at all. I dont know about you, but after the first plane hit the towers my cell was done. Nobody I knew could get a call through after the first plane hit. That goes for friends of mine in NJ, PA, NY, FL, and TX. Yet these people got through....even though they were on planes.

I dont care if it means Im crazy, all Im saying is its VERY weird and doesnt make sense.
