I usually don't blink my lights, first I slowly aproach the asshole going the speed limit in the left lane, then after about 30 seconds to a minute, I flash my lights ONCE, if they refuse to move to the right and let normal people drive the right way*** I slowly proceed to pass them on the right, get my big ass SUV in front of them and SLAM on my breaks.

It works wonders!!! :8|: I only had to do this 2 or 3 times in 15 years of driving, but it seems to get the message across...
