Finally after months of shit work I quit my crappy job. I found a great new job to start on Monday.
I never had to quit a job before and it feels damn good!

I did that at my last job. I had a problem with a co-worker and the boss decided to not take my side even though I was the manager of the place. I quit the job and within six months they were out of business. The boss later said he was wrong to not side with me, that was sweet to win in the end.
