Do people really lack that much of a life that they have to create a fake persona to shock post/make up bullshit/act like an idiot?

I've seen a new character emerge today, and I've been imagining inventive uses for a woodchipper ever since.

If you lack that much of a personality, either good or bad, that you have to be fake to get a reaction, you really need to have a drano milkshake and kill yourself. Now.
