I have known the secret identity of this woman since the story first came out. The one who really found out who this chick is was none other than Tubby Tom Leykis himself.

As for posting her picture, there are more flattering pictures out there and the Globe chose this one. For that they are wrong. However, if she is going to accuse Kobe Bryant of rape, she should have the courage to reveal her identity.

Is she hot? I don't know if that's just a bad picture, but I've seen some real pigs that look like beauty queens on prom night. So if this chick is a mess at prom, I can't say there's a lot of hope for her on my scale.

Her prior sexual behavior should not have ANY bearing upon the rape case, unless it can be proven that she has claimed to have been raped before and proven wrong. There's no evidence to say that is the case here. Therefore, it shouldn't matter if she was pious as all hell, or a promiscuous harlot.

I think it's been reported for quite some time now that the incident here with Kobe STARTED consensual, but then at some time it ceased to be so.

I don't challenge that. However, it's a fine line between saying no during an act or feeling regret after it's happened and then deciding you were raped.

Regardless of which was the case here, too often women put themselves in situations where they cannot deal with the consequences. Self preservation is lost. Women get completely trashed and then say they couldn't give consent.

I simply would rather see more women avoiding danger, and not getting raped than relying on the legal system to get them justice after the fact.
