There is a new virus disguised as PayPal e-mail. This virus is varation of the Mimail virus, the link has more info on the virus

Along the same lines, I thought I was being fairly original when I came up with the Blakjeezis name. Turns out I was extremely wrong. It would seem that every male dysfunction cure, low-rate loan, or bizarre porn site in the world has someone named blakjeezis doing their emailing. Or there's one blakjeezis out there who has a hell of a lot of jobs. He emails me all the fucking time! Does he think because we have the same name that I want to be his friend?
