I realized today that the sweatshirt I was wearing REALLY pissed off my bosses.

Didn't have the chance to explain that the sweatshirt I had on was because I was working on my car and it's not meant as an insult to the people who pay me now, because it's not, and I would have had oil stains and whatnot on it to prove it except that it's too fucking cold even with the previous employer's sweatshirt on to work on my car, and that's why I was late to work, because I had to return the rental car, and...

I'm fucked. If anyone reading this wants to hire me, make my signing bonus a pair of Carrharts. :)

They recognized the logos of the people I used to work for. I saw them recoil. They, actually, missed my sarcasm tags (liking that).

It's really competitive. Hey, if they gave us warm clothes we could get through the winters better. Maybe it's a point of pride to not have available their clothes for us to wear. Makes it more exclusive, if you're freezing your ass off you're not One Of Us.

I've stashed a Minneapolis radio station's sweatshirt in my car. If you see someone wearing a KUPD hoodie it's me. And I prolly need a jumpstart.
