Sometimes when I'm working on spreadsheets that get passed around through my company for data entry there will be fields in the spreadsheet with drop down menus to common entries in the tables.

Does anyone know how to do this? I have lots of repetetive entries I make that would probably be much easier if I could create a drop down list to just click something and move on.
