I've gone wireless...

At least in the mouse department. Today I picked up a Logitch MX700 wireless mouse. It has a docking station reciever so you don't need to keep buying batteries, the docking station charges the mouse when the pc isn't in use. So far I really like it a lot. It's very smooth and responsive, I've had no lost signals or jumpy responses from the mouse (I don't know if this was ever an issue, I've never had a wireless mouse before). But so far it works really great.

Eventually I'd like to setup a wireless internet network as well.

I have this mouse and you have no idea how good it is. So much better than any other wireless or wired mouse. I only charge it about once per week and i never have any battery problems. It charges fairly quick as well. My favorite feature is the 2 buttons right above the thumb to go back and forward on webpages.
Also - setting up a wireless network is a piece of cake. You should def. do it if you have a laptop. One of the best things I have ever done.

Wireless network = I get NO work done at home now so I have to go to the stupid library where there's no internet.
