Family of Amidu Dialo got $ 3 million from city to settle "wrongful death" lawsuit when he got shot outside his brooklyn apt when cops were looking for a rapist fitting his description.
They saw him reaching in his coat for somthing, they told him to FREEZE but since he didnt speak english they shot him 19 times.

that $ 3 million comes out of the taxpayers money.
