As a response to america photographing brazilian citizens during entry into the U.S., brazil is doing it to americans. For the photo, this numbnuts decides to give the finger. Idiotic protest or not, it was still an asinine idea.
This type of fine should be instituted for any people giving the finger in any photo. i'm so fucking tired of seeing people giving the finger for no reason in photos. OOOH eminem real rebellious of you; giving the finger in a picture.
