I go 3 days a week and get in a good workout. I stay at least 3 hours each day. I'm thinking about steping it up and going 5 days. I want to be in the best shape of my life by April, so I've got to do it.

Never went in the sauna. I do half hour of cardo, work out 2 body parts, abs, half hour of cardo.

My brother has been working out for over 15 yrs..He goes 2x a day, but he takes Sundays off.

My Gym = Some free weights in the basement on a bench press; and some dumbells in the bedroom [insert joke here].

My Treadmill/ Lower body workout = walking the dog, taking out the garbage, picking up spicks off the lawn and chucking them in the woods.

Upper Body = Cooking, Cleaning Toilets...

started running again a bit, about 3 miles 3 times a week... more of a psychological workout then physical, or as much...

i usually hit the gym 5-6 days a week. i do hardcore lifting on mondays, wednesday,and friday. running on tuesday,thursday,saturday.and sprinkle in abs on odd days. the only reason i go often is A. it's free and B. i'm a college athlete so i gotta keep in good shape

5 days- alternating between cardio, yoga/pilates. and weights. I like to just go out and dance, ice skate, or roller blade on the weekends.

I have my own gym at home. It consists of lifting, butterflies, sit-ups, and freeweights. I work out every day, but each day I work out a different part of my body.

I was going 5 days a week, during lunch time, but you know how when you go and you start seeing the same people and before you know it, they are yaking with you for a half hour and you cant get anything done? Plus, I hate the whole dressing room and the lack of some peoples modesty. There was this guy who would face me as I was dressing and he would be standing there naked with his baby arm swaying in the breeze like it was nothing at all yaking away and Im trying to cover up & get out of there, very uncomfortable. Now, during lunch, I do a power walk with hand weights and I walk 4 miles, clears out the cobwebs. Plus, why the fuck are there mirrors everywhere in gyms?
