During the holiday season out of curiosity I bought a six pack of Sam Adams cherry wheat beer. It was probably the most awful beer i had except of course for meister brau. There are so many types of flavored beer including chocolate and oatmeal. They can keep it, Id rather have a good old reliable lager beer

when I was 17 I used to buy that stuff but now I only drink a couple types of regular beer and thats it.

Actually i liked it but enjoyed it even more when I mixed it with Guinness(even though i never got a towel)

it reminded me of a cherry tootsie roll pop when you get to the center and get a mix of cherry candy and tootsie roll...

Love Pete's Summer Brew too, it's Wicked! Sam's Summer Brew is too lemony...

No wonder they're going down the shitter! Geez.

Sam Adams Oktoberfest and Fezziwig's are two real reasons to look forward to fall and winter.

The Sam Summer brew is usually pretty good, too.

there are a few stores in nj that have it it is pretty expensive for a six pack $8.50 but it is great there is a bar in philly Monks that has hoegarten on tap and they make a hoegarten momaso(sp)

I don't drink sam adams for they way they wimped out at the whole Sex for Beer, O&A thing. Like He didn't know what was going on, for the third time...

Plus the beer is shitty.

H”eggarten is common enough for a belgiun beer, it's not seasonal though.

I enjoyed the Bavarian Black Lager at Heartland Brewery during the winter season and am disappointed that it is no longer available.

I'm trying Harpoon's "Winter Warmer," an ale spiced with cinnamon and nutmeg. Pretty good, I say.
