US reveals 'al-Qaeda Iraq plot'

I thought we were aware of this already. Fanatics from other countries moving into Iraq 'during the war' to kill Americans and disrupt our objectives.

Bush is trying to obtain "justification' for going to war because his 'WMD reason' didn't flush. Most Americans who hear 'Al-Qaeda' think of 9/11 and it strikes a alot of emotion. If he can somehow tie Al-Qaeda and Iraq it may get him over the WMD hump...

Despite my previous declaration, I've realized there are far too many issues in this conflict than can all be contained in one thread.

We invade a country, remove their government and are currently in the process of putting in a dummy government that just happens to think exactly like we do and support us (gotta love Chalabeeb), and yet when those that went to send a message to us fight back, we say it's "terrorists" that don't support freedom killing our troops.
