here's what you do. Let out a deep breath, tip your head back like you're dropping Visine. Put the Afrin in and take in a huge breath through your nose. I call it the 'heart shot' and it will kill you.

Its weird. I use everyday, but I follow the time constraints. I wait another 12 hours to use it again, even though I want to use it again before that, I make myself say no.
