My midterm for one of my classes is tommrow. My teacher thought it would be cute to remind us not to come in drunk. He said "you know how my ancestors are".
No I dont. The Irish being drunks is a stupid sterotype that Irish Americans embrace. HAHA im Irish, thats why I like to drink. No you like to drink because your an alcoholic. Im pretty sure the consumption of alcohol is found in cultures all over the world. Its ignorant to equate it with Irishness. Its not even a good sterotype; like black guys havign big dicks. Yes lets perpetuate the sterotype that the Irish are all alcoholics. Everyone gets drunk to be "a little Irish"
Hey while were at it lets all drink Kool-aid on Martin Luther King day.
We can all get our yard work done on Cinco Day Mayo (sp?)
And while everyones at the Puerto Rican Day Parade we can shop around for new hubcaps.
