Well don't feel bad I mean one of my teachers in high school once told me that everyone has some sort of form of ADD whether it be small or large..I mean think about it how many times have you been sitting through something and you jsut start to lose focus and think about something else...or start moving around in a seat

I think most people have some form of it or another too. I think I might have some problems remembering really important shit. Some guy in my office only needs to be exposed to a new task once and he instantly knows how to do it. I need to keep asking maybe 3 or 4 times until it "takes". Theres this girl who is so bad, she doesnt know how to do the stuff shes been doing for years. She gets all flustered and completely loses it and usually comes to me and whispers "Hey how do you do _____ again?? I had a brain fart!"

The key word there is "Time ot to time" in my case its all the time, I cant focus on ANYTHING!

You know, I wasn't going to respond to this thread since it kind of hits home for me. Shit, look out for the elephant shit on the patio...anyway, I've always been afraid of forgetting things to do at work and getting into trouble. It made me into a compusive idiot who would always doubelcheck what I had donw and what I had to do later on. I eventually learned to avoid this behaviour and just rely on my self-confidence. It works....i worry less now and if I should make a mistake....to hell with as long as no one dies!!!! No joke
