very very very smart thing to do my friend. I used to be a caffeine junky a few months ago, most all of waht i drank was soda and wawa iced tea, unfortunately that led to a nice sized kidney stone and i had to go through 2 lithotripsy's in order to break the stone up. Soda is now the devil to me.

For the most part I drink water all day. Occaisionally I'll have coffee or iced coffee. Sometimes a frozen drink at lunch. But overall I likes the water.

Yeah I drank a few hundred cases of Poland Spring since I stopped Boozing and started dieting.

My teacher friends who do the pre-school or day-care thing say more and more kids are disgusted by water, saying essentially, What the Fuck is this Shit? Where's the Juicy Juice, and Fast!

Now, I was raised on almost pure sugar for many years. If I had a nickel for every Ring Ding I ate after school while watch Godzilla Vs. Mothra on Monster Week on the 4:30 Movie; I'd have a Shitload of Nickels. Wow was that last sentence unncecesary.

But anyway; we Are becoming a nation of Fatties, and we have to drink More Water.
