Dear God, isn't this the battle of the utterly useless, there-only-for-comic-relief sidekicks. I'd say Snarf. I think Orko was supposed to be some sort of magical creature, but man, was he a fuckup. At least Snarf was useful occasionally.
Here's a follow up question: who was the gayer hero? Lion-O (who had a couple hot cat-girls hanging around him, and yet he didn't put the moves on either...I think he had something going on with that tiger guy) or He-Man? I'd have to say the latter, based simply on the name alone.
