I remember a live gig where they flew him down to fla and he ate baluts and drank something like 20 shots before going beserk and ending up in the hospital. ronnie used to talk about how he was into crack whores and making "movies" with them too.

i meant vince margera made the films-not ronnie b. when i saw that guy on viva la bam i went "holy crap thats the guy who ronnie b used to call the neighborhood drug idol".

Ron has brought up Phil Margera a few times and has noted that Phil and "Don Vito" on "Viva La Bam" are, in fact, the same person. He also has mentioned all of the bizarre stunts that were on the videotapes that Ron & Ron put out, and that Phil Margera used to give those tapes to his nephew, Bam. Therefore, the Ron & Ron show may have had something to do with planting the seeds that eventually lead to the bizarre stunts on "Jackass" and "Viva La Bam"

Welcome to the board tampatom. Ronnie was talking about that guy the other night on the air. I guess there have been a few people that used to be regulars on their show and have gotten some decent recognition.

having the reverse of "pack rat" tendencies I'm sorry to say that I don't have the one video I used to own. It featured vince and paulo in an eating/drinking contest. the stuff they used to do to paul o was amazing. one day they talked him into getting a giant eyball tattooed on his back just below his neck. another time they put hot peppers in his rectum. he was frequently tazered and maced. i loved that man because everytime they let him drink he would be up for anything.

another really memorable episode was when psychic gary spivey got drunk on the air and started to blow his cover a little.

overall the show was more geared towards a more regional (and far less erudite) crowd than their all talk format is.

Paul O has quite the collection of tattoos now:
- Thug Life: Biggie and Tupac Together Forever on his stomach
- "boy band tour" tattoo with the logos of backstreet boys, Nsync and 98 Degrees.
- A tatto of the word "Twato" (Twato was the name of the genital wart belonging to aging stripper, Sany Kane, that Paul french kissed)
- A "Life Sucks" tattoo (I think)
- Most recently, one that simply says "I blow"

sadly the only thing i have from that era are my wonderful memories.

do the guys ever have gary spivey on the new show?

the man is just like a character out of a barry gifford novel. benny used to give him no end of shit whenever spivey was on. he loved teasing spivey about "hot pants kevin" who was an assistant/trick that the guy always had around.
